Kristen joined the talent acquisition team in May 2022 and is very excited about working in the inclusive environment that ATS fosters! Kristen has a bachelor's degree from the University of Pittsburgh in Communication and previously worked in both Medicare Advantage member service, and national sales at Highmark, Inc. in Pittsburgh. She lives in Irwin with her husband, three children, three dogs, and four guinea pigs (Yes, it's a zoo!). Kristen is the mom of one kiddo on the autism spectrum and feels very passionately about supporting not only the kiddos we serve, but also their families. She defines herself as a "helper" and feels like ATS is a place where she can truly let that part of her personality shine. 

Fun Fact: Kristen is a book worm and also works at the local library! Her favorite place to be is at the beach with a book in her hand and her feet in the ocean!
