Lori came to Achieving True Self in the fall of 2020 because she "respected its leadership and clinical direction." She began with the company as a BCBA, and has been promoted to the role of Clinical Director in Westmoreland County. Lori has been providing ABA services for almost twenty years to individuals and families in their homes, schools, and communities. She has also mentored and trained teachers and other school personnel in dozens of districts through classroom consultations and in-service trainings with an ABA focus. Lori has a special interest in Precision Teaching, "a system for precisely defining and continuously measuring dimensional features of behavior, and graphing and analyzing behavioral data on the Standard Celeration Chart (SCC) to make timely and effective data-based decisions to improve behavior (Evans, 2018)." Prior to working in the field of ABA, Lori taught elementary middle school for many years. Lori resides in Westmoreland County.
