Ashley started working at ATS in March 2019 as a BCaBA, then in August 2019 became a BCBA working in the Baltimore and Harford County Region. Recently, Ashley has been growing ATS in Lancaster and York Counties in Pennsylvania. She was promoted to Clinical Director of the Capital Region (including also Dauphin and surrounding counties, including also Franklin and Fulton Counties) in October 2022. Once she graduated from college, Ashley started to work in a non-public school where she discovered ABA and wanted to start a career in the field.  She completed her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Drexel University. While completing her master’s, she continued to work in a non-public school with children ranging from ages 5 to 17 who had autism and/or emotional support needs. From Lancaster, PA, Ashley lives with her husband, dog, two turtles, and soon to be baby girl due in December.
