Shayna started with CLB in January 2024 as a lead supervisor. She was given an amazing opportunity to become a director in May of this year. She has been in the childcare industry for over 26 years, and has been running schools for 11 years in Florida. 
It has always been her dream to run a school that gives every family the opportunity to get the services they needed, especially children with special needs. To be able to work alongside a school that is able to give the assistance needed for these children is what she says is "a dream come true."

Shayna is originally from Orlando, Florida, and now resides in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. She has a 17 year old daughter whom she absolutely adores. She has been asked many times, "why did you move here?" Shayna says, "life moves a lot slower here, and I get to see 4 seasons! I also have a very big family here in PA." 

Fun Fact(s) About Shayna: She loves the outdoors, hiking, and drawing. In her free time, she is usually hanging out with her daughter, drawing or finding beautiful scenery somewhere nearby. She also has a 3 pound cute as can be Maltese dog named Chloe who is oh so loved.
