Jess joined Achieving True Self in 2018 and has been serving individuals with autism since 2010 in a variety of capacities, including in-home ABA, clinic-based ABA, public schools and non-public schools. At ATS, she has served clients as a BCBA, supported BCBAs as a Clinical Director and now supports our team of Clinical Directors in Maryland, West Virginia, and Virginia as the Director of ABA Services. Jess is passionate about providing individualized care and building meaningful programs that are impactful to the quality of life of the clients we serve. She currently is based out of our Abingdon Center for Achievement and is excited about growing our center-based early intervention programs. Additionally, she is excited by building practitioner-based research and enjoys being involved in presenting at various conferences both through poster sessions and as a speaker. Jess lives in Harford County, MD with her husband, son, and pets.

Fun Fact(s) About Jess: Jess initially got into the field of ABA because she thought it would be good for her resume as she worked towards becoming a Deaf Educator, inspired by her younger brother who is deaf. Within her first week of training, she fell in love with the field and immediately changed her career path.
