Brianne (or simply "Bri) joined ATS in the summer of 2018. She started her career as a program manager for five years at a day program for adults with disabilities in IL. Also, as a service facilitator for waiver services for adults and children for six years, she worked closely with families to arrange and monitor services provided by support staff in the home. After moving to MD, she was employed at a private school in an autism program while pursuing her BCBA certification. Bri transitioned out of the school environment to provide in-home services in order to collaborate more intimately with families. Bri is passionate about promoting collaboration and involvement of parents and caregivers within treatment, and strongly believes it leads to better outcomes for children receiving services. Bri also takes great pride in contributing to ATS’s healthy organizational culture by providing both support and positive energy for staff. In her role as Director of Clinical Services and Outreach, Bri supervises our team of Clinical Directors, oversees our outreach efforts as well as our community service partnerships. Bri lives in Frederick County, MD with her husband, their four children, three dogs, and a guinea pig.
