Brittany began working with children and adolescents with emotional challenges and behavioral diagnosis as well as autism spectrum disorder in 2011 in Vermont. She started her career as a technician in the field working 1:1, and moved to a supervisory position as a behavior consultant in 2015 after completing her masters in education with a focus in ABA. In 2018, she decided to broaden her understanding of the ASD community and moved to Georgia to work in a clinic setting. This provided opportunities to engage with professionals that further enhanced her growth as a practitioner in the field. In April 2020, she began working at ATS as a BCBA, and in September 2020, Brittany was promoted to Clinical Director of ABA Services.
