Megan joined ATS in 2019. She has been a BCBA since 2018. Previously, she worked as an instructional assistant in the public schools in northern Virginia (which is where she grew up) but had assisted during ESY in an Autistic Support Classroom one year and learned about ABA from the teacher in the classroom. This led Megan to pursue a career in ABA! Prior experience includes working in non-public schools with high-intensity maladaptive behaviors and consulting in public schools, but she truly enjoys the in-home services provided at ATS as she can make more meaningful change in the lives of our clients and families. She has been working within the realm of special education since about 2008. She had joined ATS because two former co-workers from a non-public school setting had been working at ATS as well. She loves and resonates with the Mission, Values, and Beliefs that ATS has. She was promoted to Quality Improvement Coordinator in October 2022 to help improve the overall outcomes of our clients and their families as well as continuously work to improve upon the services that are provided through ATS. She was promoted to Director of Treatment Integrity and Outcomes in January 2024. Megan lives in the York, PA area with her husband, two sons, dog, and cat.
