Jen began her behavioral health career in 2004 providing direct support for individuals with autism. After obtaining a degree in human services, she worked as a TSS for children with autism and behavioral health challenges. The greatest achievement during that time was teaching one of her consumers to verbally communicate.

She found later that by transitioning to an administrative role, she was able to support families more efficiently  "behind the scenes" utilizing her passion for organizational management and detail to obtain the most appropriate quality services for individuals with unique needs. She served as a Corporate Coordinator of Professional Services (evaluation scheduling and billing) for five years, then worked for eight years at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. Even though that role wasn't within the behavioral health realm, the position still held true to Jen's core values of assisting and supporting children and families in need. 

Jen "came home" (she's worked with many of us before!) to ATS in the summer of 2020 as a Billing Specialist. She and her family reside in Westmoreland County, PA.

Fun Fact(s) About Jen: She loves the ocean and all animals, especially her puppers, Odin!
