Tiffany started in the field as a special education teacher for students in Pre-K through Grade 6, and holds a Maryland Advanced Professional Teaching Certificate with endorsements in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, and Elementary Education. After nine years of teaching in public school systems in Maryland, Tiffany transitioned into a role at Kennedy Krieger Institute while pursuing her BCBA certification. She came to ATS in July 2017 as a BCBA and has served clients across several counties in Maryland and has led professional development and training initiatives at ATS since March 2019. Tiffany is the older sister and legal guardian of her brother, Zachary, who has autism. Zach has been her “why” since he was diagnosed in 2000. She pulls from her experience living with an individual significantly impacted by autism to support the individuals and families she is fortunate to serve, and hopes to inspire that same passion in others through training and ongoing professional development opportunities. Tiffany lives in Northwest PA with her husband and their dog, Oreo.
Fun Fact(s) About Tiffany: Tiffany is currently working on her dissertation to earn a Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis. After completing her degree, her next learning adventure will be earning a private pilot’s license!
