Achieving True Self is excited to welcome SpectroDolce into our family of programs!  

With an unemployment rate of more than 85% among adults diagnosed with autism, SpectroDolce was created as a program of the Autism Employment Network to provide a safe place for individuals on the spectrum to acquire job skills while preparing for a career in a field of their choosing. 

SpectroDolce's team is made up of almost all adults with autism. We provide training, support and meaningful workplace experience to our associates. They gain a wide variety of skills that are applicable to other employment settings.

When you shop with SpectroDolce, you are directly helping close the employment gap within the autism population. You are providing hope for a generation of individuals looking for an equal opportunity in a sustainable career to live a higher quality of life.

SpectroDolce's products include waffles, ice cream, shakes, chocolates, and candies. Items can be ordered online on the SpectroDolce website, or purchased in person at The District at Monroeville Mall in Monroeville, PA or our pop up store at our Center for Achievement in Irwin, PA. Please note, the current Westmoreland Mall location in Greensburg, PA is not included.
