Kelley moved around a lot as a child, as her father was in the Air Force. Most of her childhood was spent in Virginia. She moved up to Pennsylvania for college where she attended Chatham University. She received a bachelor’s degree in psychology and completed an accelerated program to get a master’s degree in occupational therapy. Kelley nannied throughout college. She worked as a BHT for about one and a half years before becoming employed as a daycare teacher. She returned to BHT work when she came to ATS in July 2022. In May 2023, Kelley was promoted to the role of Director for The Center for Learning and Belonging. Kelley and her family reside in Westmoreland County.
Fun Fact(s) About Kelley: She loves cats! She fostered cats for several years before she had her son. In her free time, Kelley loves playing with her son, going on walks with him, and watching him tackle their cats! Kelley have been to four different continents; Europe -- she lived in Turkey as a very young child, Africa -- she studied abroad in South Africa for a semester, South America -- she went to Ecuador with occupational and physical therapy students to volunteer in clinics, and North America – she has lived in Ohio, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Virginia, and Pennsylvania (and visited many more states!).
